Last night I had dinner with Rob’s family. Now of course I’ve had dinner with them tonnes of times! But last night was different… Rob wasn’t there. I will admit.. I was a tad nervous about an hour before. But once we all got there and sat down we were just laughing and talking the whole time. It was very relaxed and fun!
I love Rob’s family, they have a no-shit, no-stress policy! Unlike my own family who can be stressful sometimes…
They are relaxed people. I love them!

I love spending time with my to-be inlaws
they treat me so well, as if i’m their own daughter. I haven’t spent time with them without my boy around though.
Man, I wish my own parents adopted a no-shit, no-stress policy.

Wow. I would have felt really awkward and stuff.
At least you had a good time though

At least you know that if you two get to the next step (marriage) that you’ll be able to get along well with the rest of the family

You should feel very lucky that your “in-laws” are so easy to get along with. I wish my mother-in-law was. I can’t get through one phone call with her without wanting to smack her at least once. :smirk:
