Orlando, Florida
April 30th, 2007
Orlando, Florida is one of the places in the States I’d love to visit! It looks so beautiful! It also helps, of course, that there is a Disney World to visit there too!! I love theme parks, so does Rob. We’ve only got one here in New Zealand and it is totally pathetic when you look at the awesome ones overseas.
This website has cute Orlando Villas for you to stay in while visiting. I like the idea of having a separate villa to yourself. I’m not a fan of sharing a bathroom with a stranger. These are whole houses that you can rent, so much more space.
They have houses all over Florida, so there’s sure to be a house available where you want to stay.

Procrastination never fades
April 26th, 2007
Do you know how unbelievably hard it is to write a law essay on the Personal Property Securities Act when there are so many other exciting things you could be doing? And like me.. have a very strong procrastination gene. I know I have blogged about this before, that was about a year ago, and you’d think after being at University for a year longer, I should have smooshed that gene into the pavement by now. But alas, it hasn’t happened.
I sit here trying to type.. thinking that I could be doing so many other things; reading my book, watching TV, surfing blogs, changing my layout, playing Sims. ANYTHING!
It’s quite amazing, this blog all came to me so quickly. If only the law was as exciting.
In other news, Becca started sponsoring a child in Zambia this week. I wish I had done something as interesting and noble as that. One day..
As seen on TV
April 26th, 2007
I am a major sucker for infomercials. I would love to buy absolutely everything off them! I get so drawn in by what they’re telling me, it seems so easy to buy things. But of course they always seem to replay the same old infomercials, so I always miss the new stuff!
Well, now there’s a website to check out, As Seen on TV, you can surf for hours! I’ve already found three items I want on the first page!
It’s birthday season coming up for me, so this has to be the easiest way to do my shopping!

Growing old
April 24th, 2007
Rob celebrated his 23rd birthday on Friday. I had originally booked La Bocca in Parnell, but after struggling to find the restaurant and a park, we gave up, parked in the City and went on a hunt for a restaurant. Rob pointed the way to a cute, cosy restaurant called Tonys Steak & Seafood. Rob had the steak and I had snapper - very delicious!
After dinner we came home to eat strawberry cheesecake, previously purchased by moi. We’re still trying to finish it! Probably should have bought the smaller size…
On Saturday night the boys had a crate party and their girlfriends had a ‘wags night’. Basically the crate night involved each drinking the equivilant of 27 long neck bottles of beer, only one guy succeeded.
The girls were much calmer. We had cocktails and shots. I had got a piña colada mix for my 21st birthday, so we froze it and enjoyed.
The boys kept texting and ringing us, so were obviously bored. At midnight they turned up to go dancing in town. We got home to Chris & Natalia’s apartment at 3am. Trying to sleep on a couch is impossible, it’s never comfortable. I ended up waking up at 6am and not being able to sleep again.
Needless to say Sunday was a very slow day and we were early to bed. I don’t need to do that again for a few months!
Celebrity Cruises
April 20th, 2007
Rob and I have always discussed going on a cruise, it’s one thing that we both agree we would love to do! Just think of the relaxation you’d have. All the travelling is done while you sleep, which means you’d wake up at a new port with new sights to see. Nothing hardwork about that!
Celebrity cruises offer great packages, departing from several different countries and sailing through many parts of the world. Whether you want a cruise with snow or sunshine, they go there!
They have such a wide range, Alaska, Bermuda, Caribbean and many more. My pick for sure would be the Europe & Mediterranean Cruise! Imagine stepping off in Spain and Rome.. ahh amazing!

He has a smooth side..
April 19th, 2007
I got home from work yesterday and heard the shower running. I figured Rob must be in there, so popped my head in to say hi. In doing so I snapped him using my loofah and expensive L’Occitane body wash.
When I asked him why he was using it, he replied with:
“It makes my skin feel soft”.
Hehehe.. aaw he’s so cute!

Office Supply Outfitters
April 17th, 2007
This company runs a great site that is so easy to use and so convenient! The best bit is that you can call up and order and they’ll deliver it right to your doorstep.
My issue when buying toner cartridges is I can never remember the make and model I’m after. But by calling OSO you can speak to their knowledgeable customer services reps who will hunt down the make you’re after.
This is especially handy when running a business, no-one has time to go out and buy cartridges, you can simply get it delivered to your office. We’ve had this issue at work, our receptionist never seems to buy the right product! Now we have a solution.
