Meatballs á la Bronnie
Tonight my sister was supposed to cook, but I had suggested Meatballs to her and she had no idea what to do. So I took over. haha.

Yes, those are peas and sweet corn in there. They were so good and so filling! We served it with gnocchi shaped pasta.
The recipe, as requested, is below the cut.
Ingredients:
500g beef mince
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
handful of parsley
couple of squirts of tomato sauce
salt & pepper to season
Put the mince, onion, garlic, parsley, tomato sauce and salt & pepper in a food processor and let it blend up until all mixed.
Then roll the mixture into little balls. Fry in a pan until browned and cooked through.
TIP: I also put them on a microwave safe dish after frying and microwaved them for 2 minutes to make sure they were cooked in the middle - nothing worse than raw meatballs.
Put meatballs back in frypan, add a jar of tomato bologneise sauce (cheat! cheat!) and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add any vegies you like, I just used frozen peas and corn. They only needed 2 minutes to cook in the frypan with the rest.
Serve with any kind of pasta you like, we thought gnocchi was fun!
