I couldn’t hold on

I was still hanging out for my Harry Potter book until 1pm this afternoon when I thought I’d contact the radio station to see when they were going to send me my prize. The reply I got was not good. Another week! Are you serious?! People have already finished the book and I haven’t even started it!
So I decided I’d go out and buy it, and when my prize copies (of all 7) arrived, I’d sell them to pay for my copy I paid for. That way I can start reading.

I finished the book on Sunday at 2:30. Are you finished yet? What did you think?

Wow!! See I’m the type who likes to enjoy a book and fully understand it, I can’t speed read, so no I haven’t finished it yet, I’m taking my time.

i would have done the same thing if i wanted to read it like that - even though i’ve read zero of the HP books (but totally predicted the entire outcome based on overheard coversation, lol) happy reading! cute pic

That’s odd, that they didn’t send it in time. That’s the least they could’ve done. Hopefully your prize will arrive soon, and did you buy it in the shop anyway? I hope you will enjoy reading the book

@Nanda: Yeah it’s pretty shit. I ended up buying it a couple of days ago, I wasn’t going to wait any longer! So far it’s goooood.

Oh by the way, I have a question. How did you get the author highlight (plugin??) thing to work? I do have knowledge of PHP but if you used the plugin - the instructions weren’t very clear to me (like where to put it in the loop for it to work, etc.). Thanks in advance!
