The Mini Goals

So as previously mentioned I am on a quest to lose weight. It’s slowly moving, but I find the whole thing a big bewildering. It seems so far away. I have now given myself mini goals - to lose 1kg a week before Christmas. That’s 14 weeks; so 14kgs. I know 14kgs sounds lots, but it’s not really, plus losing it only one kilogram a week is safe enough.
