For the past three weeks the radio station I listen to, The Edge, has been running a competition; Three strangers and a wedding. I have been hooked to my radio since the bride-to-be was picked!
The Edge has run this competition twice before, both being successful and the couples still together. So this time they gave it a twist by having two groom’s of which the bride picked her husband-to-be just before walking down the isle.
The bride and groom had never met before or seen photo’s of eachother, but have talked a few times.
Chantelle is originally from Canada but living in New Zealand. Her parents were not thrilled with the idea and she nearly pulled out of it, which caused some issues, but she stuck to it.
At 7.50am this morning Chantelle picked her groom, Paul, and married him in the Auckland Viaduct.
I hope it all works out for them and is a success like the last two couples.
