Success!

First week down and I’m down to 93.4kg, that’s a loss of 600g (1.3lbs) since last Tuesday. I’m happy with that. They say that 0.5-1kg per week is a healthy weightloss.
I went to the gym this morning and my arms are feeling a bit achy from the weights, but that’s good, I can feel the workout.

Something fun, if you’re a mum, you’ll love this. I’m not, but I’m sure my mum has said most of these a few times to us when we were younger.

Pwoah, congrads with the weight loss. I try to go on diets and just….fail. I’m jealous haha. Again, congrads!
