Yeah 7 points is too much for breakfast, it should be the lightest meal of the day!

Oh she's lucky then! I still have to write everything down or I don't stick to it & can't keep up with how many points I've had! haha. Amazing that her medication can change her weight so drastically!!

I used to be a real weight watchers member & would go for the weigh in each week. But it costs $18 a week for them to weigh you & I don't have any extra cash at the moment. So I get a family member to check me each week. But I have all the books which list the points per food item still, so I can work out my points. I don't know how you guys do the ww points, I'm sure it must be the same as us? And there's a card that you can work out the kj's and saturated fat per serving of any packaged foods, to give you the points value.

15 mini pretzels for 1 point is awesome!!! I don't think we have mini pretzels here.

I like weight watchers, because you can have a piece of chocolate cake, it just means you have to cut back on something else during the day.

Oh yea, that's 7 points from the start. EEK!

I do know that 15 mini pretzels are 1 point. My grandmothers been on weight watchers for years, she's lost about 60 pounds in total on it, but the medication has a way of messing with her. So she'll be down 30 but gain 35 when they change her dosage. It's unfortunate, but she's so set into the Weight Watchers lifestyle that she can stick to it without even having to keep a food journal to keep up on things anymore. It's pretty cool...I'd do it but I have no idea what equals a point and the calculations that they give you to figure it out scare the bejesus out of me.

Haha.. yeah I'm on 18 per day, but if you add in the muesli, milk & my morning coffee that's 5 points. plus the extra yoghurt at 2 points which I normally don't eat... all adds up! :)

How many points are you doing on a daily basis? The few people that I know on the program are doing about 15 points a day. 2 points for breakfast shouldn't be THAT bad.

It sounds like you had a pretty busy day, congrats on winning!

Yay for new hair-do's :)
