Right now I am reading Amber and also trying to get into Richard Branson’s Autobiography: Losing My Virginity for school. It’s tough, I want to enjoy my novel. Not feel I have to rush through it.
Yesterday Rob and I visited with some friends in the afternoon and my friend, Alice, recommended I read The Time Traveler’s Wife. I told her it was on my list of ‘to reads’. But she said I must read it next and she thoroughly loved it. We seem to have the same thoughts on books. So I’m trusting her and have moved it up my list.
I see it’s also being made into a movie this year. So I better get my A into G and read it first!

I am slightly annoyed with myself that I haven’t read more over this four-day weekend. I could have almost finished Amber. If I didn’t have to read Richard Branson’s book for my Entrepreneurship paper I’d be enjoying my books a bit more. I have to write a report about Branson’s book and it’s due in May. So I really have to read it soon and make notes. So dumb.

I am in love with Roman Shades, I love the fabric ones that fold when open and drop to a flat piece of fabric when down. It makes the room look neat and tidy when closed or open. They’re not too bulky and can be used in a modern or older home.
I love the different fabrics available as well, no more plain beige. You can definitely lift a room with these!
When I finally buy myself a house I will be putting them up in my lounge and bedrooms. They look good in all!
