This is what I have found anyway. I wake up in the morning feeling more refreshed, happier, confident, sexy and all round a more fabulous version of me! And I’ve only lost 4.2kgs (9.3lbs). It’s quite a bit of weight, but not so noticeable when you look at me. I’ve probably lost half a kilo over eight different places of my body. But I’m feeling amazing.
It seriously does improve your sex life too. I never thought weight would be a factor in a sexual relationship, but of course it is!! I find I am feeling more sexy, Rob tells me my bum and legs are getting smaller and that is exciting and a turn on!
Tomorrow is weigh-in day again. I am excited! I’m hoping I will have made it into the 80’s and may even up my total weight loss to 5kg. I haven’t been under 90kg in over a year or even more! This is a big deal to me and I thoroughly enjoying the anticipation of going tomorrow.

I see 9.3 lbs as being a lot, personally. But, that’s only when you look at it in my view (lbs).
I’m really happy for you, and wish you the best of luck in losing more!

What I’ve found is it’s not the weight I’ve lost, but the general physical condition I’m in. Because muscle weighs more than fat, I’ve actually gained weight in the past number of years, even though I’ve become more physically fit and visually thinner.
But yes, I agree. It does improve those things.
