So delicious! My mum whipped this up for dessert tonight. I was never a fan of rhubarb in the past, but the tangyness along with vanilla custard just goes so well!

This is something that we all seriously need to take on if we want to have an Earth in 100 years. High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is a commonly used plastic which can be recycled.
Here in New Zealand we have a huge recycling system and put out plastic, glass, tin, aluminum and paper to recycle each fortnight.

It’s good to see a company who is worried about the environment and creating a plastic that can be recycled rather than adding to the worlds rubbish dumps.
They collect the grind the plastic into HDPE Granules and sell it on to be recycled by companies for packaging for their products.

It’s just really good to see a company that’s on the environment’s side.
