Workplace grizzle

If a job is assigned to me. If I have spent an hour with the client discussing her financial situation. If she tells me she has more information to send me. If it is clearly ticked in my column, not yours. Why the hell would you pick up the job and do it?! And not even put a date in to show you’ve started it!
Then when I ask if anyone knows about this company and where the information is you act dumb like you’ve never heard of them before. Don’t steal my favourite clients from me! Now you have to fix up the job because you didn’t include all the information the client was email to me. Doesn’t that make our company look bad? /Rant
