As many may know I work for my Dad, who has his own Chartered Accounting practice, as an accountant while I finish my degree. We are currently flat out churning out accounts as quick as possible while still being careful to know they are correct.
All of my work goes through the practice manager to be reviewed before sending to the clients. Because we are super busy at the moment my Dad and his business partner are helping out the practice manager with her reviewing.
The practice manager told me today that she has caught onto my Dad, because when selecting a job to review he always looks for mine, and avoids the other accountants, because he knows it will all be correct and therefore easy for him to review.
That has to be the best compliment I could receive from my Dad/boss.
