Actually I kind of lie. I had this conversation about a week ago. I actually only ever hated them because Mum pulled the whole "kids hate brussel sprouts" thing and kindly, never gave them to us. I tried one for the FIRST TIME last Sunday. It wasn't that bad. But after 19 years of saying "I hate them".. well... old habits die hard. It looks delicious! Haha and good luck with your assessment! I finished my last for the semester today. Now it's just exams and then 6 weeks off!!! Does look good tough. Never tried pesto with chicken, normally it goes with the mess called spaghetti. Then again it does consist of herbs and pine nuts which go with anything.
