Social Spark

I am a SocialSpark member and love their site. I like the modern look of the website and the ease of finding opportunities. It’s very easy to find posts to write about and sponsorship for your blog.
I like that you can look through and read all the opportunities before deciding on the best one for you. The varying price range is also good, depending on how many words you write you can earn a lot of money!
One thing that I don’t like is that I am finding that my blog doesn’t qualify for many posts and there is nowhere on the website that tells me what I should be doing to increase the popularity of my blog or what my blog is lacking.
I do like that you can read other bloggers profiles and can comment on their profiles and even be able to reach their blogs. Check out my profile and add me as a friend if you wish. It’s good to be able to find out some information about other bloggers out there.
I like that they list recent visitors as well as ‘blogs of the week’, this gives posters some free advertising for their own blog to get their hits up!

American Home Craft Inc

For beautiful home decorating check out American Home Craft Inc. They decorate indoors and out with lots of different products available. You can view these products and design ideas on their website at your own leisure. I am a huge fan of big front doors. My dream home, when I’m older and have finished my degree, will definitely have a beautiful, double door entry like you can pick from this website.
They have galleries you can view, so you can see how the finished product turns out and imagine it on your own home.
American Home Craft also offer cabinets, countertops, windows and outdoor texture coating.
You’ll fall in love with their designs and thankfully they have finance if needed.

Relax… for tonight.

Have handed in my last assignment for Financial Accounting today and just sat my last test for Marketing tonight. So I can officially relax, for a night.
Tomorrow I need to start my Management Accounting assignment which is due next Wednesday. And then need to do my Entrepreneurship assignment which is due the week after. After those two I’m done for the semester, thank god! Well except for exams in June of course… but I’m heading for the home stretch!

I have work tomorrow for the first time in three days, I’m actually looking forward to go. So relaxing, I barely have to use my brain since I know my job inside-out now.

Wooohooo! Look what I scored myself on Trade Me for $40NZD. I have requested a black one, because you could choose the colour.
Features:
- 2 GB of USB Flash Memory Storage!
- It plays Music
- It plays Video
- Record with it’s Built-In Microphone
- Photo Viewer
- Listen to FM Radio

I am very excited!! Shouldn’t take too long to receive it. Now I can have even more music to run to.

Macro Monday: jewel

jewel

Snapped in between rain showers, which is every two minutes in Auckland. I love the sparkly affect on the rain drop and the veins of the leaf. It looks like a little world inside the raindrop.
If only it snowed here and I could capture some snowflake photos.

In handbag heaven

If you know me then you know I am a huge handbag fanatic. Have to have one in every style, colour, texture and size. You can never have too many handbags! I try to explain this to Rob but he thinks one handbag should last me. Um no… you need one for every outfit and event. You can’t take a huge everyday bag out for dinner, you need a clutch. And vice versa, how can I carry my daily needs to University in a small bag?

I stumbled across Bolanzo Handbags and totally fell in love with two of their many designer handbags on their website.

I love the gold buckles, as I wear gold jewelry. It’s nice to see quality handbags with gold accessories rather than silver like they normally are. Bring on pad day, I need to get a new handbag!

Have lost my normally-sane mind.

I woke this (Saturday) morning at 7am and could not get back to sleep. Lying there ticking off all the things in my mind that I needed to do today.
After 15 minutes of that I decided it was not going to get any better and I would not fall back asleep. So decided to tick one thing off the list and got up and changed and headed out for my run. Such a gorgeous, crisp morning that it was actually quite enjoyable. It also clears your mind and I feel better having been.

I now need to start and finish my 2,000 word accounting essay about auditing oversight boards. Oh the excitement, I’m going to need many cups of strong coffee to get me through this one. (8.30am: Coffee count: 1)

I’m looking forward to this afternoon; coffee with the girls at 3pm, and then a Uni friend is having a BBQ for his birthday so will go see everyone there. Then off to a friends’, brother-in-law’s cocktail bar for another birthday celebration!

This past week has been painful. I really can’t wait to be out of Uni, I’m over studying, time to earn real money! It feels like this study will never end, but I guess we’re already in May and it’s only five weeks until exams. So I shouldn’t complain, just start studying.
