Yes.. I’m getting the creative bug at the moment. I’ve kept the same layout - but I like this header image better.

I had the day off today as there wasn’t enough work to do at work. The downside is I will be poor when pay day comes around. The benefit is a complete free day! So I ended up starting my Organisation Management assignment, vacuumed and dusted my room and washed my sheets! Oh, and made this new layout. So I’m pretty happy with my achievements for the day.

We are now organising Zarrin’s bachelorette night! We’ve decided on a hotel room, ordering in takeaways (or something tasty), doing facials and manicures on each other…etc. A nice girly night for her last un-wed Saturday night!! hehe.

I’ve done it! Finally. New layouts up. Hope you all enjoy. The others are still there if you’d prefer to use them! I decided to make it a single column layout - as the main thing to my site these days is my blog. So may as well make it the main part!

Well I had a slow today, had Uni from 11-12pm. This afternoon I didn’t have work as there isn’t enough work to do.. and yesterday I was sitting there doing nothing. And now because I’m part time.. they don’t want to pay for me to sit there. Fair enough I guess.

Finished The Lovely Bones there is now a review up which you can read here. So now I’m onto my new Marion Keyes book!

I really need a new layout on here… I’m just feeling really un-creative.. and everytime I start one, I get half way and don’t like it anymore!
Maybe I’ll have another attempt tonight.

Well I’ve updated with a new “New Years Celebrations” type layout - hence the alcohol. I got the idea from the Cocktail Party I’m going to at my friends on New Years Eve. Doesn’t it just look delish?! hehe

You must all be coming to the end of your Christmas Day now, if not already finished; and I hope Santa has treated you all well!
It’s Boxing Day here now; which is traditionally known for eating too much leftover turkey, ham and lollies/chocolates you received! It’s also usually a very slow day, which mine has been. Although, I have done a couple of loads of washing and cleaned my room a bit. Otherwise I’ve been on the ‘net and watched TV and DVDs. Oh, I did fit in about an hour of my book! I’m currently reading; Everyone worth knowing by Lauren Weisberger. She’s the author of The Devil wears Prada, which I did hunt for, but couldn’t find, so bought the other instead.

Sorry to disappoint, no photo’s this time around. I’m thinking of copying Dooce’s set up with photo’s, rather than including them in my blog - unless they relate to it. Just got to work out how she did it, anyone know? Please let me know if you do.
There wasn’t anything to take a photo of today… lol.. I don’t have a cute daughter like her!
So I shall now go hunting on how to set it up!

Life
Well it’s not exciting really. Last night we played bowls and won 13-nil on our first game!!! But then lost 7-5 on our second. Oh well, we still had fun! The next game isn’t until January 24th.

My mum seems to be driving my family nuts at the moment - always something to complain about. I know some of you will think “Ahh that’s your typical mum!”.. But ahh NO. She’s worse. Trust me.

Rob’s planning on going flatting with a couple of his friends around Christmas time - lucky bugger! It’ll give him the space I think he wants and needs. I’ll cope. I’ll get my whole bed to myself! LOL. That’s the only plus at the moment.

At the moment I feel like I really need a good holiday! I feel drained, tired, bitchy, angry, antsy, lazy! The whole lot! I’m sure there’s more words that I can’t think of. I can’t wait until Christmas…. :blah: I need to do something different; like go to the beach for the day with a picnic and a book and swim, read, eat and relax! mmmm heaven! Of course I may take someone with me.. and just gossip. lol. BRING ON THE HOLIDAYS!

Off to bowls tonight - it was rainy and grey and we were wondering if it would still be one - but it seems to be clearing up now! It’s also muggy as hell! It’s supposed to be summer!!!
